1. Delivery Options

Delivery

Spice garden mansari offers delivery within selected zones. Within 5 km radius from our restaurant location at Mansari, Haripur. In case delivery location is inaccessible, we process a refund. All delivery locations must be connected to a drivable road.

Delivery is fulfilled either by our own staff or by partnered delivery agents. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and depends on distance, current order volume, and traffic conditions.

Takeaway

You can also place a takeaway order through this website and collect it from Village mansari, Haripur, naggar Manali road, 175136. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, when applicable, are calculated based on distance and order size and shown at checkout before payment. Pickup orders have no delivery charge.

3. Order Tracking

Order status updates are sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email at key milestones: order confirmed, prepared, out for delivery, and delivered/picked up.

4. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided preparation has not started. After this window, cancellation is at our discretion and may not be possible.

5. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The item is unavailable after the order was placed
  • The delivery address falls outside our serviceable area
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • We are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons

In all such cases, the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.

6. Non-Delivery or Failed Pickup

If we are unable to reach you at the delivery address or the order remains uncollected past a reasonable period, we will attempt contact via the number provided. If we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled and refunded (less any delivery charges already incurred), at our discretion.

7. Quality Issues

If you receive an order with quality issues, please raise it with us within 24 hours of receipt (with photographs where possible). We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
